From the point of my estimate by Jason to the completion of my garage floor, was as professional and courteous as anyone can imagine. Jason explained the entire process from start to end, and was very knowledgeable of the entire process. Jason did not leave any detail out. The garage floor was stripped, swept, vacuumed, and the application of initial sealant was awesome to see. Flakes were then applied, and scraped after a day of curing. The final step of applying the top coat/sealer was incredibly amazing to see. I highly recommend Mach One Epoxy Floors for any individual wanting to upgrade their flooring needs as well as to experience true professionalism from Jason and his highly skilled employees. Jason took the time to make sure our floor was properly prepared and the moisture content was low enough prior to installing our beautiful new epoxy floor. Any concerns or questions I had were quickly and thoroughly answered. The price was better than the majority of other estimates. With all of the spring rains our sealant on our floor had bubbled and looked horrible. Jason was able to help us with the problem and we ended up with a beautiful new floor! Wow, What an experience. The knowledge this team has. The professionalism of Jason and his team. They were the first bid I got and after the conversation of detail me and Jason had and my research I had done I did not need to waste my time searching anymore or trying to attempt this myself as a diy'er, and let me tell you i can get a thing or 2 done. Very informative. Communicated every step of the way. It would have cost me more to attempt to do this epoxy floor myself! I had my garage resurfaced and epoxy coated by Intricate Coatings. I’m in love with the results! I believe I got the charcoal grey undercoat with light grey brindle flakes. It looks amazing and gives my garage the finished look I’ve been after. The price was competitive and beat 3 other quotes I got, but the other reason I picked Intricate Coatings is was that Jason himself came out for the quote. With the other guys 2 didn’t come out, and the other sent a sales rep. Jason from Intricate Coatings was the same guy who did the estimate and the job. I could tell he knew his stuff, and he was able to make the right recommendation for my garage. ~ G M

We worked with Jason at Mach One on a massive floor update at our commercial building. Completely removed years of old coatings that weren't holding up. They were super professional to work with the entire process and the finished product is top notch. No shortcuts were taken and you can tell with the quality of the flooring. Based on a referral from my brother-in-law, I contacted Intricate Coatings for a quote to paint the exterior of my house. Bella was quick to respond to arrange a time and Jason, the owner, came out promptly. He was courteous, friendly and very detailed. We walked the property and he explained every step that would be taken to prep my house for the paint. I felt very assured that the crew would do a great job. Bella kept me informed every step of the way regarding matching colors, scheduling of the job, arrival times, etc. It was obvious that best customer service is one of their top priorities. Their crew was top notch also! Very friendly guys, fastidious, professional and always on time. On the last day, they hustled to complete the back of the house first, so I could let my dogs back out into the yard after being cooped up inside for three days. My house looks great! When we first contacted Mach One Epoxy, Jason came out and measured where we wanted to have the coating. We received a quote shortly there after and scheduled for a June installation. On the install date we got a call with an ETA. They were on time. Nick, Marco and crew couldn’t have been more professional. They did a great job, cleaned up all that they could, and even brought their own power. What was quoted as a two day project took about five hours. Great job. Fresno Epoxy just completed my garage flooring, and I could not be more pleased. It looks fantastic….I could live in my garage it looks so elevated. Marco and Rocko arrived a few minutes early, @9:00 and explained in detail the process, and promptly got to work. They were done by 1:00, and it is just BEAUTIFUL, so glad I chose this company. I would highly recommend Fresno Epoxy. The owner Jason is dedicated to customer satisfaction. I had a color picked out from Home depot and he went out of his way to match it. It was also pleasure to work with his foreman Nick. You can interview other Companies and unlike Jason some will try to pressure sell you by giving you a quote that is good only if you sign today. I found that others made claims about their product that could not be substantiated. After doing my due diligence I decided on Fresno Epoxy and have no regrets. ~ Jim S

My husband and I couldn't be happier with the finished space! The guys did such a good job on the floor and were so easy to work with. They were on time, communicated along the way, and were very helpful making sure we knew how long to let everything dry so we didn't mess up their work. Guys arrived on time, introduced themselves, explained process and timeline for work. Told me when they were between processes. Cleaned up thoroughly and explained how we would be able to access garage and how to maintain surface. My wife and I do not generally recommend any thing: construction, dining, hotels,autos,etc, However the Fresno Epoxy Crew is the way to go if you want a quality job and professional, friendly job. We had our home pressure washed and the trim and doors painted. Wow! They were so professional and pleasant to work with. They really go above and beyond in the Customer Service department! Intricate coating is the only choice for doing any of your coating jobs. My floor turned out so beautiful there is no one else I would pic to do it. I went with the dove gray color and with the clear coat on it, it looks so clean you can see your own reflection out of it.
